It's in the blood.

I grew up in a household full of paintings, music, books and decorative objects.  Ever since I can remember, I was collecting things.  One of my favourite outings was to go to the local tip site.  

 

One day my sister and I were there with our father, I was 10 years old.  We found a cardboard box on its side with the contents spilling out.  I picked out an old plate with apple trees printed on it amongst other things but my sister found the best prize, an African carved Ivory table lamp.

I guess this was where it all began.

35 years on, I still have the plate and she still has the lamp.

When I bought my first car I began frequenting auction houses, farm clearing sales, garage sales antiques stores and have never really stopped.

​

This is now my full time job.  I travel a lot, I meet interesting people everywhere I go, I buy lots of things and sell them.  

I love what I do and every day is a new experience.
