​How Do I Place An Order?

Placing an order is simple, just click on the item you wish to buy and then add it to your shopping cart.  You can then pay for it via credit card or PayPal at the checkout.

Payment and Shipping

Once payment has been received the item will be shipped and tracking information will be provided.  Within Australia shipping usually takes between 2-5 days.​

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to request a refund on an item you bought please contact Country Joe's.  Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase and will be fully refunded no questions asked.  Please note that the return postage is to be paid by the purchaser and the item is to be sent the same way, in the same packaging  you received it.
